I’ve created these offerings to serve as an accessible introduction to the life changing work that I facilitate.

Together they aim to provide a bird’s eye view of the intersection between holistic psychology, nervous system health, and embodiment, with the overall goal of bridging the gap between mind and body.

If you’re living in your head, you’re not living in your body. This is where many of us experience a discrepancy between what we want and how we show up in the world. 

This work might be for you if:

  • You’re struggling to show up as your most authentic self in your life

  • You feel stuck in your head

  • Your body is holding on to chronic stress or unhealed trauma

  • You have a tendency to “sabotage” a good thing 

  • You feel a sense of numbness to life

  • You’re experiencing chronic pain, inflammation, auto-immune conditions, or other medically unexplainable health problems

  • Your body is infinitely wise and speaks through physical sensations. You can begin to heal on a cellular level by learning how to listen to these sensations more deeply.

My Coaching Method

I’m here to help you come home to your body, to remember your innate wholeness, and to realize you were never actually broken. Without the tools to regulate your nervous system, emotions quickly become overwhelming, and to cope many of us simply shut down. But when we aren’t able to engage somatically with our emotions they sit in our bodies and express themselves through a multitude of symptoms as well as an inability to handle the stresses of life. Life will never be stress-free, but you can learn to build more capacity in your nervous system to more gracefully navigate life’s unpredictability.

My number one goal is to help you develop flexibility in your nervous system so that you can show up to the present moment and work towards the experiences you want in life.

I employ a bottom-up processing approach that focuses on the physical body and sensations first. In every session, my first priority is creating a container of relational safety based on consent. Together we’ll learn how your body communicates and what it’s longing to express.

 I hold 5 main pillars at the center of my work:

  • Nervous system education and tools for navigating the different autonomic states

  • Assigning sovereignty and personhood to the physical body

  • Developing awareness around the “shameful” and forgotten aspects of ourselves

  • Integration of all pieces of the self, a focus on wholeness rather than societal standards of “goodness”

  • Prioritizing pleasure, sensuality, and joy
